Irina Braun

Founder

Irina Braun is a business psychologist. She was born and lived most of her life in Russia. Irina graduated from the University of Kaluga city and holds a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology. She has over 20 years of professional experience, supporting individuals with their personal and professional development. In 2008, Irina moved to Germany. Together with her husband, Michael Braun, they founded U-COACHING® in 2010. She is now business trainer for U-COACHING® that now has operations across the globe. She speaks English, German and Russian.

Michael Braun

Founder

Michael is a German economist in macroeconomics and business administration. He worked with 3M for 25 years, gaining experience in international management assignments in over 50 countries in Europe, East Europe, Middle East and Africa. Michael’s international career began in the early 1990s with the rise of the economic globalization. He is one of the pioneers who contributed to 3M`s development of international business centers in Europe. In 2010, Michael founded U-COACHING® together with his wife Irina.

Monica Mascarenhas Prabhu

U-COACHING Partner

Internationally accredited by leading cross cultural companies, Monica facilitates group sessions and leadership coaching sessions for leaders leading teams comprising multiple cultures. As a member of the Model of Freedom association, Monica regularly collaborates with cross cultural coaches across the globe to constantly share best practices, knowledge and skills on best practices to succeed in this rapidly evolving, cross cultural world. Monica is partner of U-COACHING® in Asia. She is located in Bangalore, India.

Susanne Cordes-Hoelterhoff

U-COACHING Partner

Susanne Cordes-Hoelterhoff was born in Germany and grew up in Taiwan. Conversing daily in German, English, Chinese and later in Spanish in school, formed the core of her multicultural comfort zone very early on. After a 15-year career in global sales & marketing and product management in Germany, she relocated to Michigan and moved into the field of executive and leadership coaching, development and training while always focussed on the challenges and gifts of working cross culturally. Susanne is a partner of U-COACHING® for both Americas and Canada.
